The Engagement Manager is expected to function as a project manager with management responsibility across the projects in the QuantumWork Advisory portfolio. This leader will act as the sponsor for QWA projects, acting as an escalation point, managing program-wide issues, dealing with partner management, and ensuring projects keep within contractual scope. This role is a critical position within our business and will be the face of QWA to our clients and partners on active projects. This role will also lead and manage existing Project Managers and Process Consultants in the business, having up to five reports at maximum.
Additionally, some program/project management functions will be required as part of this role. For very large projects (typically global) this role will act as a more hands-on program leader to help guide various resources for the project, over a more Jr. Project Manager.
