Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager will own the execution of technical roadmaps across several products. An ideal candidate will need to be equally at home understanding and championing the needs of our customers as they are with diving deep on the technology and operational implications of the products we build.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and lead sophisticated projects with significant bottom line impact.
  • Work with managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for our customers that help them achieve their business goals.
  • Engage with engineers and developers to develop the best design and approach for new product development.
  • Instill standard methodologies for data modeling and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
  • Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Partner management and tracking of external commitments.

Qualifications

 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize software product requirements
  • Experience in understanding and discussing technical designs and opportunities with technical team members and partners
  • Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning technical strategy and gain buy-in from stakeholders and leaders at all levels.
  • Confident to be highly autonomous and comfortable working in a continually-changing environment
  • Proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion of technical projects
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to manage metrics, drive feature prioritization
  • Ability to seamlessly work across functional and organizational boundaries, and has a reputation for influencing others and earning trust across levels and organizations
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
