Job Description

You’ll be joining a tight-knit Product Team focused on building solutions for the Design to Cash lifecycle of Manufacturers.


We are a new company established out of the consolidation of ten market leading software companies. You’ll be joining a Product Team charged with uncovering and defining the opportunities in market and product that our new portfolio provides.


Together we’ll be launching solutions in Cloud that enable our current customers and new customers to streamline their design and revenue operations with elevated digital experiences. We’re even building for the business metaverse with solutions that will enable immersive design and configuration.


You will be charting the technical and business path of multiple products:

  • Engage in market research directly with customers and our sales teams
  • Develop a strategic opinion for which opportunities to pursue first, based on a combination of qualitative feedback and data analysis
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and others to define product requirements
  • Flesh out ideas with wireframes and mockups (in conjunction with designers)
  • Own product backlogs, balancing conflicting priorities to determine prioritization
  • Own release planning and sprint planning processes, including setting release and sprint goals, and successfully delivering on those goals
  • Ensure acceptance criteria are met with each release and conduct sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective.
  • Producing documentation with Product Managers and Marketing to support development, launch, support, services, and sales and marketing initiatives
  • Present to, and work with, senior leadership to convey and manage the vision for your product

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in product ownership or software development roles
  • Experience with agile software development practices (e.g., scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile) and tools
  • Proven ability to negotiate a backlog with engineers and senior leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make critical decisions

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certifications: Agile, Pragmatic Marketing, Project Management, Scrum Product Owner
  • Experience in partnering with UX teams to design great solutions
  • Experience with ERP reporting or business intelligence products
