What company do you work for? Are you a freelancer or Digital Nomad?

Medable Inc.

How did you start with a remote work journey?

I began freelancing while working a traditional brick and mortar role several years back. Eventually, I made the transition to go fully remote and I have not looked back since.

What do you think are the main benefits of working remotely?

More productivity. I find I am much more productive and creative working remotely. Additionally, I no longer feel torn between my home life and my work life. Also, being able to connect globally provides more opportunities for professional success.

Do you think there are disadvantages or that you’re missing something by working remotely?

Some people may feel disconnected from the world at large and they prefer the in person connection. However, for me personally,  I never feel isolated. I am consistent in communication with my team and network.
