A little bit about me…
My goal, my passion, is to help companies, expand globally in the simple and fastest way. As a global contractor consultant my role is to ensure that organizations can hire international talent legally, quickly, and easily.
Are you ready to be in the present of work?
Outside of work, I'm a digital nomad traveling around the world taking advantage of the remote work lifestyle. Also, you'll find me reading about wellness and nutrition, doing crossfit, training for a marathon, and connecting with friends and family.
Do what you love, pursue your passion
I'm a global consultant manager and I help companies to scale and expand by Simplifying compliance and payroll for global teams.
Ontop, yes our company is 100% remote and I'm a digital nomad.
I always dreamed about traveling around the world but I was working for a traditional company in Colombia that didn't allow me to be a digital nomad. So in 2021 I started to say I want to be a remote worker, I want to travel around the world, I want to be in a company that is at the forefront of the world. I don't know if it was law of atraction or what, but my goal came true. Now I work for a company that is 100% remote and I love it!
They are all: flexibility, you can manage your own time, you can meet a lot of people around the world, it opens to you many opportunities, It is awesome!
mmm no! There are not disadvantages if you take the best of all opportunities!
Barcelona, Cartagena, Medellin, Mexico, Miami... Barcelona was the best
Some times in my home, some tiemes in co-working spaces and some times in coffe shops
Mexico, Bali, Holland, Spain, Australia
Sometimes you have a lot of meetings since you can't go to the person face to face to say something quickly. But at my company we have some points clear that help us to be more efficient: 1. Always make problems and achievemnts visible, Honor your time, Prioritize excution before planning, Delive Magic, Enjoy your work, Discipline is the greatest driver of growth and be like water.
Notion, my notebook, slack, zoom
I do it myself.
Don't overthink it too much, just jump in to the remote world

🌏 Met colleagues from other countries that I went to
🐶 Was able to be with the best co worker
