New York City/Washington DC-area/Seoul-South Korea

What tools do you use to improve productivity and manage work efficiently?

GoogleWorkspace--in particular Google Drive.

How do you manage your business and taxes as a remote working professional?

I depend on a NY-based tax professional who understands both freelancer/consultant work as well as one who understand expats working beyond the U.S.

What advice would you give to people looking to work remotely?

Make sure you're up-to-speed with not only your tech devices, but also your skills level and ability to work in environments that are constantly shifting.  Also, be sure to get rest, exercise, and schedule down-time to re-charge!

Would you like to share any interesting stories while you worked remotely? Please share if you can.

I've had a wonderful experience working remotely with students from around the world -- in particular at weekly TOEFL series I do on Clubhouse.
