Join our Talent Team as a Tech Recruiter to support our multicultural and fast-pacing team. In this role you are responsible for the recruiting process. Your networking skills and recruitment experience enable you to build and maintain great relationships within the organization and with the candidates. Your curiosity and proactivity will support you in identifying the requirements to source the right talents. You have a client-focused mindset with a strong delivery attitude. 

Passionate about people, you are the first contact for candidates and support us to promote an outstanding candidate experience.

Major areas of responsibility

• Source, and screen top talent, schedule and perform initial phone screening and provide detailed feedback on candidates
• Conduct kick off calls with the hiring managers to assess and support choosing the right candidate for their teams
• Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and cultural fit
• Organise and schedule interviews 
• Build cross-functional relationships to partner throughout the recruiting process and deliver candidate experiences that exceed expectations
• Ensuring data integrity in our ATS (SmartRecruiters)
• Manage negotiations, knowing candidate expectations from initial Recruiter screen and re-qualifying them throughout every step of the recruiting process
• Build and maintain a network of technical talent through ongoing relationship management
• Built talent pipeline
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in all tasks related with recruiting as needed.

• Experience in full cycle recruitment
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment 
• Experience in IT and Tech roles
• Passionate about people and recruitment 
• Strong communications skills
• Experience in Tech companies is a plus
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
