[仕事内容]

ソフトウェアアーキテクトとして、複数の機能開発チームに対してアーキテクチャ上のリーダーシップとガイダンスを提供します。また、グローバルに展開する優秀なチームメンバーと協力し、複雑な車載コンピュータ製品の技術ロードマップとアーキテクチャ設計を理解し、開発を推進します。将来的には、日本のソフトウェア開発リーダーとして、日本のソフトウェアエンジニア育成に貢献して頂くことも期待しています。

出張頻度：1回

·       国内：1～2日/週

·       海外：1～2回/年（ドイツ、北米等）

Your contribution to something big

In future, vehicles will be defined by an intelligent combination of electronics and software, and they will be connected with the driver, their surroundings, and with one another. Bosch is embracing this development and is driving it forward by making use of the paradigm shift in the electric/electronic architecture – away from a domain-specific E/E architecture and toward a vehicle-centralized, zone-oriented E/E architecture. This type of architecture uses only a few immensely powerful cross-domain vehicle computers in combination with zone ECUs. At XC-AN/PAV-JP, together with our JOEM customers we are developing one of these cross-domain vehicle computers. To realize more secure and functionalized vehicle society, our business growth needs motivated engineers!

Your tasks will be:

As a Software Architect, you will provide architectural leadership and guidance across several feature teams, ensuring software follows good architectural principals and best practices. The Software Architect works with high competent talented team members in global setup to understand and develop the technical roadmap and architectural design of high-complex vehicle computer products.

Business trip：

• Domestic：1-2 days/week
• Overseas：1-2 times/year (Germany, North America etc.)

[応募資格]

• コンピュータサイエンスの学士号または同等の実務経験
• 5年以上の組込みソフトウェア設計・開発の専門的な経験
• ソフトウェア開発プロセスに関する豊富な知識
• 組込み電子機器、マイクロコントローラ、コンパイラ、および開発環境に関する高度な知識と経験
• 開発プロセスをリードし、意思決定を推進する意欲のある方
• チームワークを重視し、コミュニケーション能力があり、異文化コラボレーションに寛容な方
• ビジネス英語力（会話、筆記）

下記を有する場合より好ましい

• E/Eアーキテクチャ、車載通信に関する知識
• 社内コミュニケーションが可能な英語力
• 対人能力
• リーダーシップ
• 起業家精神

What distinguishes you

• Bachelor’s degree of computer science or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in designing and developing of embedded software
• Strong knowledge of SW development cycle & process
• Advance knowledge and experience in embedded electronics,  micro-controller, embedded C/C++, compilers, and development environment
• Willingness to lead the development process and drive decision-making
• Team-oriented, communicative and open for intercultural collaboration
• Business English skills both written and spoken

The following is a plus: 

• knowledge of E/E architecture and in-vehicle communication
• English skill capable of internal communication
