Job Description

Mandiant is looking for a Strategic Alliance Manager with partner activation experience who will be responsible for facilitating partnerships and successful campaign execution for Mandiant’s Strategic partners. This role is full-time and will report to the Vice President of Strategic Partners.

·       Assist in the Identification and Formation of Strategic MSSP and GSI Partners

·       Provide day-to-day support for bringing strategic partnerships to life

·       Serve as partner’s internal advocate and voice within Mandiant ensuring maximum alignment and achievement of partner objectives

·       Liaison between external and internal stakeholders to achieve project deadlines and deliverables

·       Assist with timelines, asset trackers, internal communications, weekly client status calls, delivery trackers and campaign recap materials

·       Remain mindful of KPI’s to deliver and over perform on expectations

·       Traffic assets and gather proof of performance for assigned campaigns

·       Reconcile reporting, agreement inventory with finance and finance teams based on campaign delivery

·       Contribute to regular reporting on campaign wins and learnings to drive renewals and new business

·       Salesforce tracking and reporting of opportunities and campaigns

Qualifications

·       5-7 years of relevant experience working with MSSP and/or GSI Partners

·       Preferred experience includes channel management, project management and/or client services

·       Ideal candidates are analytical, detail and solution-oriented, highly organized, and entrepreneurial

·       Ability to translate performance metrics into a summary of insights, benchmarking, and key learnings

·       Effective written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams

·       Ability to update company CRM system when needed

Additional Information

(Colorado applicants only*)  

Minimum Salary: $120,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations. 

Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from Mandiant’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
