Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator with M3 Executive Search, an M3 company.

Job Description

The mission of the Research Coordinator is to support in a rotating fashion the Sr. Executive Consultants. Research Coordinator are responsible for assisting with identifying and contacting executive candidates through the use of all available tools and resources. Your duties will include a variety of activities including database management/creation, assisting Sr. Executive Consultants with administrative & marketing activities, and actively engage in process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial internet/database prospecting & research to help identify slates of potential candidates on behalf of the Sr. Executive Consulting team.
  • Enter data of identified potential candidates and candidate information into appropriate database.
  • Cross check information in all databases and exporting / importing of candidate / candidate information from one database to the other to ensure information is not duplicated.
  • Assist the team in parsing candidate pools to ensure we are communicating with every possible candidate for any given search.
  • Send initial and follow-up communication via email/Linked In with candidates to schedule introductions to Sr. Executive Consultants.
  • Schedule initial screening calls with candidates and Executive Consulting team.
  • Create candidate packets for Sr. Executive Consulting team to present to clients.
  • Research specialty compensation and provide necessary data to assist the Sr. Executive Consultants.
  • Create first draft marketing materials and initial frameworks for the online prospectus done for each search as well as marketing campaigns to candidates.
  • Proofread, correct formatting, and make suggestions of correspondence and marketing materials.
  • Learn Smart Sheet and help create, administer, populate, and monitor workbooks properly.
  • Work to help create efficient processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Schedule and handle all logistics for team meetings / retreats.

Qualifications

  • 1+years of experience in recruitment industry OR in an administrative position
  • Detail Orientation - Attention to detail is key
  • Time Management - Must be able to multi-task, reprioritize, and effectively manage time
  • Communication – must be able to effectively communicate with internal teams and departments and executive management.
  • Process-driven - Understanding of technology and an interest in applying it to the executive recruitment process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Adobe/Smart Sheet. Training can be provided with Smart Sheet.
  • Education and Training Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
