The Senior Graphic Designer / Brand Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining brand content based on the various target market groups.

As the 'guardian of the brand', you shall maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications at Group level, Brand and property level, and may manage a portfolio of future Genius products.

This involves the design and execution of all marketing collateral, brand guidelines, campus brand books and graphic and signage standards as well as all online website / social media graphic design.

As a secondary initiative, the Senior Graphic Designer / Brand Manager shall assist the Group Marketing Manager in the development of the 3 website portals and 1 App that creates an engaging and seamless member experience, in conjunction with Genius U.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop all marketing and promotional collateral in accordance with the agreed standards and maintain all product branding / IP for owned and licensed properties. 
• Set up and assist with the scheduling and organizing of the creation of website content in the form of sprints. Responsible for all graphic design & artwork adaptation including menus, leaflets, banners, posters, FB, IG etc.
• Assist the Group Marketing Manager in all product photo shoots, media files and podcast productions in campus and on YouTube+other social media file sharing sites.
• Be a remote global taskforce member of the implementation team for all acquisitions and mergers. Understand and embrace our purpose, passion, culture, history & GG programs.
• Work with the General Manager and Marketing Manager for each campus (property) to deliver content in conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager.
• Represent the organization in a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone conversations and in written correspondences.
• Support the Group Marketing Manager in maintaining and managing the media distribution list e.g. keeping it up to date, implementing new contacts, and tracking all data.
• Assist the Group Marketing Manager with the global brand strategy, including the setting of a brand value / promise proposition for short as well as long term goals in the form of an annual future vision.
• Support with the product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities for new and existing brands.
• Work closely with the property General Managers and Marketing Managers to ensure that all design standards; online and offline (in campus) are adhered to.

• Minimum of 5 years graphic design, production and brand management related experience in 4-5 star Hotels and Resorts / Hospitality industry. 
• Experience in graphic design in the Food & Beverage Industry or Event / Education industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent computer and creative skills with experience in relevant systems (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator in Mac version and CorelDraw Graphics Suite) strongly preferred in order to work seamlessly with our parent company.
• Strong technical skills / knowledge of website operating systems, digital advert design, supergraphic artwork, signage creation, image retouch etc. 
• Advanced proficiency and ability to create in Google Slides and Powerpoint. Independent & good interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with an eye for details. Excellent communication skills with ability to present clear & concise information to different stakeholders.
