As a Talent Acquisition Partner with Vendavo, you will join our People & Culture team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Partner (recruiter) include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and working with hiring managers to expedite the selection process. You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
