Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter

Activeloop Hub is one of the fastest-growing libraries on GitHub, and is used by Google, Waymo, Red Cross and others.

Activeloop is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist / Recruiter to join the team. The position will report to the Head of recruiting.

Responsibilities include · Responsible for technical talent recruiting, to include sourcing, screening, qualifying, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. · Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. · Responsible for developing an effective on-boarding program to improve the employee experience overall. · Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Skills: · Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; · 2+ years of professional human resources work experience; or equivalent. · Experience sourcing and hiring machine learning/ Deep learning talent. · Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, etc. · Work with Health Insurance Carriers to ensure paperwork is processed timely and accurately · Knowledge of federal & CA employment-related laws and regulations. · Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. · An energetic, forward-thinking and creative professional with high ethical and professional standards. · Ability to maintain confidentiality.
