Job Description

The Programmatic Director is a hard-working, process oriented people leader that  understands digital structures through technology. You are an experienced  programmatic executioner where you managed DSP/SSP/DMP structures and maintained a clean working environment for teams working within these technologies.  You understand digital strategy and can bring your experience to refine it and create a best in class activation for clients. You know what an intersection between client needs – technology capabilities – and strategic direction in digital meets and lead account managers to evolve their activation  practice. You act as a strategic lead across your book of business and  troubleshoot any programmatic tasks that comes your or your team’s way.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign strategy or programmatic strategy with the internal or external client teams​
  • Evaluate the best avenues and draw conclusions that are both data and marketing driven from client campaigns for both immediate and long-term levels advancements for clients.​
  • Help Account Managers create advanced actionable insights when needed.​
  • Create programmatic campaigns within our demand side platforms when the team is in need​
  • Be the people leader, a mentor and sometimes a doer when needed.​
  • Work with Head of Precision on your portfolio of clients to advance client knowledge and comfort level in programmatic activation.​
  • Oversee user management across the group and clients.​
  • Manage forecasts for your respective book of business.​
  • Ensure that activation managers have a proper understanding of programmatic landscape as it pertains to their book of business.​
  • Manage knowledge sharing across within your group​
  • Keep up with new and innovative programmatic technology trends.

Qualifications

  • College or University degree required.​
  • 6-8 years combined experience in digital with a focus on platforms evolution.​
  • 3 years of experience managing demand side platforms and working environment for traders.​
  • 2-3 years of experience managing a group of 5 or more individuals.​
  • Experienced in operations as asset.​
  • Perseverance/tenacity.​
  • Well organized/diligent/detailed oriented is necessary. ​
  • Inquisitive, asks questions, out of the box thinker.​
  • Accountable.​
