Epsilon is seeking a Director, Program Delivery with a proven record of accomplishment in leading, delivering and managing compelling digital solutions in support of overall business growth and revenue targets. Candidate should have a strong experience in managing complex application development projects involving database and digital technologies for external clients. Candidate should have led multiple projects through scope/discovery, estimation, project planning, development, implementation, post deployment support and driven progress towards delivery objectives established mutually with client in the SoW while ensuring that delivery best practices are employed.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in multiple project management methodologies; the management of multiple and simultaneous development projects. The candidate should have significant experience in people management, strong team and thought leadership and complex project/program management with both internal and external teams.

Candidate should be able to establish and cultivate a culture of learning and innovation, continually identifying new ideas with an eye on improving project delivery and business success metrics.

What you’ll do:

• Drive project / program completion from initiation through delivery, be accountable for the project along with project sponsor
• Provide assistance in developing strategic approaches to the development of solutions
• Manage cross-functional teams (including direct and matrixed), project timelines for build and manage solutions. Must be able to lead teams without supervision, may manage direct reports
• Work with sponsors to ensure that projects are clearly defined, assist in developing any supporting documentation needed
• Create, update and maintain project plans and schedules to keep project teams aligned, maintain accurate project forecasts and statuses to project sponsors and stakeholders
• Manage change control processes, perform risk assessments and analysis
• Enforce delivery excellence and compliance, effectively apply project management methodology
• Track and report on project milestones, manage the quality and timelines of deliverables, monitor the performance against quality goals and implement corrective action as needed
• Establish/use/improve standard delivery methodology for delivering program goals (e.g. agile, waterfall, iterative) while effectively using version control tools, defect management tools, knowledge repository and team collaboration tools
• Provide PM leadership in the organization
• Develop and influence the culture of continuous improvement of delivery methodologies
• Establish and provide clear communication to stakeholders and senior leadership

What you will need

• BS/BTech in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience is required
• 10+ years of delivery leadership of complex projects is required
• Core CRM experience on Database; Data hygiene/ CDI ; Campaign management tools ; Reporting tools and Analytics
• 7+ years of experience with software implementation project from requirements through design, development, user acceptance and post deployment is a strong plus
• Strong project management, technical and organizational skills
• Experience in Agile program management and certification is a strong plus
• Ability to identify most effective and appropriate PM methodologies based on project scope and complexity
• Strong communication and client interfacing background , strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• Experience in managing global delivery team
• Ability to mentor other PMs
• Must have the ability to multitask and project manage in a fast-paced demanding environment
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong knowledge of marketing concepts will be a plus
