Develop, implement and continuously improve business processes for Supply Chain, including S&OP, Order to Cash, Master Data Management, Serialization, and ERP (Oracle) to ensure they support our business objectives. Drive the resolution actions when gaps are identified and provide training to the relevant teams.
Lead the development and maintenance of existing and new supply chain operating, planning, and information systems and tools.
Data Owner for Supply Chain: Define data parameters and relevant data maintenance processes
Lead system analyst team to support business processes in all Supply Chain entities under Oracle ERP
SME for Supply Chain processes and support cross-functional teams, including suppliers with regards to SOP implementation and improvements
Ensure Mundipharma maximizes the potential benefits of Serialization data, provide reports and analysis to support business improvement activities. This includes, but is not limited to, regulatory requirements such as full batch traceability through the extended supply chain
University Degree in Supply Chain, Finance or IT
Project Management and APICS certifications preferred
Oracle ERP and Data management experience
Strong analytical skills
Lean/Six Sigma expertise
Communication, collaborative and influencing skills
Highly collaborative and engaged, customer-centric, resilient and adaptable organization
