Our client in Menlo Park is one of the most innovative companies on the planet, and we are helping them build and support their Agency Operations.
As an Agency Operations Manager, you will support the AO Lead and our overall program governance and best practices as you work to assist with helping optimize the system through which our client’s Global Business Marketing outsources the production of Marketing assets in support of regional and global programs.
The ideal candidate has experience working with marketers, project managers, creative and digital teams to identify opportunities and gaps with agency partners. You have experience handling agency escalations and routing issues to the right teams, and finding creative solutions.
You're also eager to get your hands dirty, working on establishing best practices and helping drive awareness about Agency Operations, from onboarding new agencies, to following up on partners feedback on them, you have a full understanding of the organization and how to support each of the internal teams with the right agency.
