Brainrider is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter to join our team as the Talent Acquisition Lead.
As our Talent Guru, we will look to you to champion and evolve our growing recruitment practice. You’ll be successful in this role if you love finding and matching talent with the right jobs, focus on positive results, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Working closely with our People Operations Team, you will be critical to creating a seamless, scalable, efficient recruiting process to help improve our talent reach and pipeline. This role is equal parts hands-on recruiting and process improvement. Brainrider is a #peoplefirst organization, we are thoughtful in our approach and value experience that creates great work using a variety of skills, talents, and worldviews. We don’t take a “one Designer fits all” approach – we like to be different.
You may be a good fit for this role if you have at least 5 years of solid foundational experience as a creative recruiter, and possibly a creative or project management background yourself. The real fit will come from your desire to be part of something that’s evolving and pivoting quickly, your ability to collaborate, and a healthy level of risk tolerance and problem-solving instinct. You understand that focused baseline metrics and continuous improvements are the path to successful, sustainable growth.
