Job Description

Brainrider is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), to join our Embedded team at one of the world's leading tech companies. You’ll be working closely with the internal Partnerships Marketing and Entertainment Media Partnerships teams. This role requires the ability to organize and collaborate internally with multiple stakeholders to drive initiatives and programs forward and measure and track growth.

You are a tenacious marketer with a strong background in building and executing marketing programs, a detail-oriented, data-driven strategic thinker with a demonstrated track record of identifying opportunities and gaps within and delivering on detailed program objectives that deliver business results.

You will have an in-depth understanding of DEI as you help build strong multicultural pipelines and programs that will be set up for success. This includes an awareness of the traits and characteristics that make people unique and the desire to model behavior and social norms that make people feel welcome. The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment motivates and inspires you.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and integrate DEI initiatives through the ecosystem of internal media publishers
  • Project manage to execute and drive internal initiatives and drive them to completion
  • Create and produce presentations based on meetings with speakers and other subject matter experts
  • Activate and own the production of programs/events focusing on virtual attendance interactions
  • Create marketing assets such as invitations, pre and post surveys, content plans, and schedules
  • Lead and provide updates on partner initiatives and requirements on a regular basis
  • Provide measurement, goals, impacts, and updates on the success of the program and partners
  • Identify trends and market opportunities in order to drive efficiencies and elevate opportunities for underrepresented communities through partnerships
  • Ability to work well with multiple cross-functional teams while driving the project to execution and keeping the bigger picture in mind

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • 5-7 years of experience, including experience within a similar environment
  • Experience working with B2B marketing programs and campaigns is a must
  • Experience working on inclusion initiatives/projects supporting historically underrepresented communities, including faith-based organizations, nonprofits, advocacy groups, and community organizations
  • Deep passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the social media space
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously as you plan, track, measure and launch initiatives
  • Partnership management and/or business development experience required
  • Able to successfully collaborate and coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams
  • Up to date with digital marketing latest trends and best practices
