Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our client-embedded team.  You will be working closely with the Gaming Developer Partnerships team, providing support to omni-channel global activations, and helping develop powerful data-driven insights that will provide awareness, engagement, and conversions across gaming products supporting Video Game Creators. 

Ideally you have industry familiarity, the ability to work autonomously, and the skill to produce finished, high-quality marketing assets that are ready for deployment. In this role you will help plan, implement, run, and optimize marketing campaigns; you will use digital channels, such as email, ads, and web, to drive results. This position is fast-paced, and a working style that thrives under pressure will be a source of motivation and inspiration.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the plan and implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, setup, media buying, testing creative concepts, and measuring
  • Create tests to measure impact and effectiveness of campaign creative, segmentation, and channels to analyze and improve their performance
  • Be accountable for assigned client deliverables, high-quality assets, and meeting project deadlines
  • Manage funnel optimizations and product/feature adoptions among targeted gaming creator audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, and be able to prioritize and delegate tasks as needed
  • Build relationships with cross-functional partners including creative, marketing, engineering, and product teams, and external agencies

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Facebook Ads interfaces (Ads Manager, Business Manager, Page Insights)
  • Experience with web analytics and data tracking tools (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Facebook Attribution)
  • Experience analyzing data, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights, and providing recommendations
  • Experience managing marketing databases, email campaign, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Website management and technology experience, including CMS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Facebook Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate Certification or other relevant Facebook Blueprint Certification

Additional Information

Due to current COVID-19 guidelines this full-time position is 100% remote/work from home until further notice. (offices pending reopening in late 2021)
