The employee is responsible for invoicing customer and following the process until the payment.

• Invoice customer accounts according to the agreements in force.
• Follow up on weight tickets with the scale department.
• Communicate with buyers (price, pressing, transport, deductions)
• Follow up on disbursements;
• Enter and consult data in the management system.
• Provide internal and external customer service.
• Do administrative checks, like GST validation
• All other related tasks (archiving, scanning, photos).

• College diploma in administration or the equivalent
• Experience of 2 years required.
• Good knowledge of management systems and the Office suite;
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, versatility, tact, and patience
• Have a sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Be concerned with offering excellent service to customers

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm 
• Permanent, full-time position
