Contribute to an effective and timely implementation of new products and products changes in manufacturing, thought the correct interpretation of the product engineering information and the establishment of accurate plans.

Support manufacturing process compliance with engineering principles, customer   requirements, standards and process specifications.

Engineering and process changes implementation and documentation.

Ensure approval lead time established in internal KPIs.

Ensure implementations according standards and implementation plan.

To organize and promote regular meetings with the associates involved for each engineering change.

Consolidate and manage information for each engineering change in order to keep anupdated database with the status of each ECR.

Support to manufacturing team with ECRs interpretation and clarifications according needs.

Ensure that every person involved in engineering changes, knows the procedure CDQ0404 in order to ensure closure of actions in each of the phases.

• Professional degree
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Set up and maintain product documentation in SAP.
• Technical interpretation in drawing changes.
• Provide constant training of CDQ0404 members of the value chain involved in engineering changes.
• Analyze the possible deviations of ECR's to prevent that its implementation stage extends.
• Assess the technical package for each engineering change issued, so that the information that supports its realization is found.
• Experience in manufacturing.
• Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• SAP experience.
• Experience with implementation of Engineering Changes.
• Experience with new product launches.
• Knowledge of Bill Of Material (BOM) structure.
• Analysis skills.
• Project Management knowledge.
