Are you able to build upon your initial candidate calls and nurture strong and long-term relationships with high quality candidates?

If your answers are yes to the above, we may well have the perfect role for you as we are looking for an experienced RESOURCER / SENIOR RESOURCER who can help us accelerate the growth of our European business with a particular focus on our Life Sciences construction projects.  The Resourcer will become an integral partner in the talent acquisition process and will be the person who provides prospective candidates with their first impression of our business.

Day to day you will be involved in :-  

• Working with the Resource Manager to understand the short, medium and long-term priorities as well as understanding the skills and experience needed for each vacancy.
• Sourcing candidates from LinkedIN as well as ATS, internal applications, referrals, and from your own networks.
• Screening and interviewing relevant candidates by phone or MS Teams against current and future opportunities.
• Submitting shortlisted candidates to the relevant Hiring Managers and Regional Recruiters providing detailed screening information and any recommendations.
• Keeping the ATS updated in real time to maintain accurate MI data as well as ensure compliance to GDPR.
• Co-ordinate and arrange interviews for candidates and hiring managers
• Keeping track of candidates by keeping the ATS updated and creating/using pipeline reports.
• Creating the skills or market maps needed for headhunting hard to find resource.

What you will need have :- 

• A background that includes a high degree of candidate research and resourcing, interviewing and candidate relationship management.
• Most likely a Recruitment Agency background - ideally focussing on Construction, Project Controls or Planning.  
• Very strong communication skills as this role focuses heavily on candidate contact and management.
• An ability to telephone screen candidates and quickly assess their suitability, directing conversations towards the most relevant vacancies available at the time.
• Accuracy when recording, updating and managing large amounts of data contained in our ATS and Excel reports
• An understanding on how to develop and maximise your network of candidate contacts. 
• An ability to build and maintain pipelines of pre-qualified candidates.
• Strong English language skills - verbal and written.
• Dutch , German or French language skills would be advantageous although not essential.
