• Creating cybersecurity awareness culture and security guidelines with employees training in particular, 
• Supporting  development teams in implementing the best security practices in the design, development, and maintenance of applications,
• Defining, improving, and implementing detailed instructions and policies regarding information security - compliant with ISO 27001 and other,
• Supporting the Compliance department in the field of implementation cybersecurity, GDPR, and internal policies and procedures throughout the organization, 
• Conducting risk analysis process, including Primary Risk Analysis and Risk Management Plan,
• Holding and performing Annual Audit Planning Process, 
• Reviewing and auditing Cybersecurity Management Plan, 
• Implementing Incident Management Procedures including incident analysis, incident registry documentation, 
• Planning improvement activities in the area of information security, 
• Holding supervision over Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning,
• Performing and overseeing technical security tests and inspections,
• Patching security vulnerabilities at infrastructure and Operating System levels.
• Responsibility for granting rights to the systems in accordance with the authorization granted,
• Supervising and adjusting Continuous Delivery / Continuous Integration process with regard to cybersecurity,
• Auditing and redesigning solutions increasing Autenti's security and improving Business Continuity Management (BCM),
• Ensuring quick detection and response of incidents critical for the stability of the platform,

• Hands-on experience in the area of cybersecurity,
• Knowledge of cyber risks and Mitigation Plan Implementation,
• Good understanding of systems and cloud security issues,
• Very good knowledge of good practices in creating the information security culture and privacy requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
