 How can you change it up?

We’re looking for a Regional Technical and Operations Trainer to coordinate and deliver training to our regional delivery teams and external build partners on all technical and operational aspects of our network build, enabling us to deliver best-in-class fibre networks across the UK. Please note there will be travel involved in this role. You will also;

  • Work with stakeholders to identify technical and operational training needs across our network build and customer operations
  • Contribute to and particulate in national technical and operational training programmes, such as new talent programmes
  • Manage the relationship with external training providers in your region, driving quality of service and keeping them updated with technical standards and specs
  • Build collaborative relationships with build partners in your region, supporting their capability requirements with bespoke training and guidance

What will you bring to the role?

We’re looking for someone with telecoms, fibre and PIA qualifications, who also has;

  • The ability to motivate and communicate with people at all levels
  • The flexibility to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing organisation
  • The passion to succeed and make a difference
  • Ideally, knowledge of BT Openreach, plus assessor qualifications such as D32/D33, A1 and L3
