• We are looking for a strong, well-rounded, Java developer to help us create a robust, scalable platform which will be consumed/used by the various products inside our organization
• Designs, develops and documents highly scalable services in Java.
• Integrates with various 3rd party services using XML, SOAP, JSON, etc.
• Designs and implements common, reusable web services to be consumed by a variety of internal products.
• Can interact with various other teams, including Marketing, Compliance, Technology, Data Scientists, Customer Service, etc.
• Has a keen eye for all the best engineering practices

• Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Computer Science/or related fields
• 3 to 6 years overall software development experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Ability to work with an agile mindset
• Good with unit testing and build tools like Maven
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Good Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Hands on multi-threading
• Experience in the Relational Databases, MySQL and ORM technologies (e.g. JDBC, JPA2, Hibernate, Django ORM)
• Knowledge and experience with Jenkins, SonarQube and Docker are added benefits
