Sr.Data Scientist / Manager – Business Analytics

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics support to Collections and Operations teams through data driven approach
• Plan, develop, implement, and track various tests and strategies to increase collections efficiency
• Enhance, re-develop, and implement pre-delinquency and recovery models for effective use in existing strategies
• Perform deep dive analysis to understand key call reasons for inbound customer calls.
• Recommend process enhancements to reduce inbound calls and increase self-serve features.
• Analyze the login activity of customers on Borrower Portal and make recommendations for feature enhancements.
• Explore various third-party data and measure incremental value to the business
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and provide necessary insights and recommendations to support decision making process
• Work cross functionally with process owners and functional leaders for their periodical inputs and buy-in, and with technology team for deployment
• Own and deliver end to end project management. Also, Mentor junior resources in the team.

• Requirements :

• Min 4+ years of prior experience in analytics
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Sc or similar level of experience
• Min 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python with excellent coding skills
• Knowledge of SQL programming
