Job Description

YouGov has recently implemented Salesforce to better support its growing business and global sales teams. We are now looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join the Sales Operations team and help us take things to the next level!

This is an exciting opportunity for a current Salesforce Administrator looking for more responsibility to develop their Salesforce career while helping us further develop and improve the YouGov Salesforce functionality and processes. The chosen candidate will become our in-house Salesforce expert gaining significant experience in a positive, collaborative team environment.

What will I be doing? 

  • General Sales Cloud maintenance and customizations using functionality such as workflows, process builder, flows, record types, custom fields, custom objects and validation rules 
  • Managing Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules to ensure that data is available/ accessible to users as required
  • Setting up/ maintaining integrations with third party apps such as Outlook (Salesforce Inbox), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Phone
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to understand & document Salesforce-related requirements, recommend the most suitable approach and customize/ configure the system as required
  • Deploying customizations/ configurations from one environment to another
  • Providing technical support to the Sales Operations team as well as our end users where applicable
  • Keeping up to date with the latest products and releases in the Salesforce ecosystem and bringing that knowledge to the team
  • Ensuring all technical documentation and records are in place and kept up to date
  • Understand and advise on best practice within the Salesforce org
  • Participating in larger projects (e.g. CPQ implementation or significant changes to custom integrations)

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience:

  • Salesforce Admin & Advanced Admin Certified
  • Demonstrable Sales Cloud experience in a Salesforce Administration position
  • Great knowledge of Salesforce.com technologies, and latest out of the box tools
  • Some experience with Marketo, CPQ and Apex is preferred but not mandatory

Skills:

  • Confident communicator with a good command of written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated with a track record of continuous learning
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the desire to improve processes and actively resolve issues
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Technology-savvy: you enjoy learning about new technologies/ features and sharing newly gained insights 
  • Comfortable in a fast paced dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company
  • Demonstrable ability to build effective partnerships with business stakeholders and technical partners
