Job Description

  • Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines

  • Growing the business by acquiring and establishing relationship with potential client and transform into business deal

  • Scheduling meetings / appointments according to established procedures & making reminder calls to prospective customers.

  • Manage the pipeline data

  • Nurturing the client leads

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development and Lead Generation

  • IT sales/ Software product & Software services sales experience is mandatory

  • Strong networking and relationship building ability -- you are a connector at your core

  • Growth mindset - excited to learn and improve. You enjoy going out of your comfort zone, you are constantly looking at new opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work and how things are done.

  • Comfortable with data and reports to draw key insights, and use data to create and execute a plan

  • Establish network of relationships with key decision makers in small/medium & large sized companies and ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business globally
