About the opportunity
This is a high value-add position. Reporting directly to the Global SVP Sales, you'll enable Enboarder to grow and scale. You will bring sales methodologies and tools to life for new hires, experienced sales professionals and sales managers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed through onboarding and ongoing education initiatives. While this role is based in the US, you will have global responsibility and exposure to the rest of the business and will support our teams in Sydney and London.
You will:
Work with sales leadership to develop and implement measures to impact the ramp time and quota attainment of our Sales team
Design and implementation of New Hire and ongoing sales training in the interest of helping our sales professional be as consistently productive as possible in the shortest amount of time
Technology savviness - with experience using and training upon sales tools such as:
Salesforce
Gong
Outreach.io
Seamless.ai
6Sense
and more!
Partner with stakeholders and analyze sales data in meaningful ways to identify and prioritize performance and learning issues and opportunities.
Effectively engage leadership to play a key role in reinforcing learning.
Advocate for and drive adoption of sales tools and processes

You are motivated to learn, enjoy building relationships, detail oriented and love solving problems head-on. You take pride in your work and continuously strive for improvements and building your Sales Enablement skill set. You'll also have:
At least 3 - 4+ years professional experience in sales enablement and/or training function, including experience within an entrepreneurial, high growth technology business.
Previous success in building and presenting engaging, polished learning content.
Proficiency in group and individual training sessions, utilizing best practices in situational leadership
An organized and results-oriented work style, with excellent attention to detail
Effective communication, both written and verbal
You enjoy collaborating with others and solving problems
Excel proficiency, analytical skills
Related bachelor’s Degree
