Our Store & Sales Operations team members are experts in developing and coordinating the right environment to create great retail customer experiences and exceed sales and services targets. They are specialists in ‘better, simpler, cheaper’ in our stores - deploying, educating and enabling best practice in stores through process and systems.
As an Operations Excellence and Continuous Improvement team member, your key deliverable will be to drive change and improvement throughout our store network. You will uncover & layout a clear pipeline of works to deliver productivity gains & efficiency in our stores.

To really succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual who has a deep understanding of an operations environment and what support they need. You will be someone who can look at retail store operations & identify opportunities for efficiency & productivity gains.
You will also be someone who can impart their strong knowledge of key lean methodologies & demonstrated background in continuous improvement (ideally from a retail/supply chain environment) into the wider team.
Our new structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top notch, coupled with the customer centric lense and approach you bring to work everyday. You will have a test and learn mindset and hold an openness to new ideas and a desire to develop them together with others.
