Job Description

Purpose:

As a Data Architect and Migration Manager, you will be responsible for architecting data structures, validating business systems processes and uses and their impacts on core data and delivering rapid, accurate data migrations for acquired businesses.

As Data Architect, you will ensure that business processes, system configurations and uses, and integrations are designed to create and maintain accurate, clean, and complete enterprise data. This data includes products, customers and contacts, contracts and all other core data that drives transactions, business intelligence and decision-making within our business.

As Migration Manager, during an acquisition integration program, working cross-functionally with all business functions, you will identify key sources of data and ensure that the data is cleaned, mapped and migrated into Intelerad data structures and systems on a timely and accurate basis.

This position is expected to grow over time to incorporate additional responsibilities and opportunities as our business continues to expand.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Data Architect:

  • Evaluate and document key enterprise business systems data structures across Order-to-Cash, Talent, Professional Services, Support and Accounting functions
  • Understand the business process and system implications of changes to data structures
  • Drive changes to businesses systems and processes to create and maintain accurate data
  • Own and maintain data flows across all Lead-to-Cash business systems

Acquisition Integration:

  • Drive data migration planning activities for acquired businesses
  • Identify key sources of enterprise data within acquired businesses
  • Drive process across operational teams to clean, de-duplicate, map & transform data
  • Ensure data from acquired businesses is loaded into core business systems on an accurate and timely basis
  • Drive technical innovation and efficiency in data migration planning and execution during acquisition integrations

Administration and Maintenance:

  • Create and maintain tools and processes to identify, clean and otherwise maintain clean and accurate data within core business systems
  • Participate in any project deemed necessary by the organization

Qualifications

  • A college or post-graduate degree in a technical field (MIS, Computer Science, etc.) or requisite education and experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of business systems implementation experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience with common software industry business systems platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Desired background:
    • Lean Six Sigma certification
    • Acquisition integration experience
    • Software company experience
