Sr. Business Analyst

The purpose of the Sr. Business Analyst is to work closely with the internal team to provide customers with accurate and compelling proposals.

Essential Functions Include:

• Review Requests for Proposal (RFP).
• Identify information for proposal text and budget development and work closely with proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals.
• Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids and related documents.
• Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information.
• Perform quality control edits on all documents and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departments.
• Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports.
• Participate in training / coaching / mentoring new staff.
• Participate in customer meetings.

Qualified candidates must have:
 

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business or Science field.
• Minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
• Proposal Development experience required.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience creating and submitting invoices.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to VLookups, HLookups, analyzing data utilizing Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
• Clinical Research and/or consulting knowledge.
