The major duties of this job will involve connecting quickly with people in a warm, poised, and enthusiastic way. This job will entail working at a very fast pace, and will require working cooperatively with and through people in order to complete tasks. The job will involve a team or collaborative work within the organization, and will be integral in bringing out the best in others. This will be a fairly intense job because of the quick pace, and will involve motivating and persuading others to do what needs to be done to achieve the organization’s goals. The job duties will be performed well within current organizational policies and job structure. This job should not require risky independent decisions made under pressure, unless management will be active in providing guidance for and structure to such decisions. Details will need to be handled quickly and accurately, but may only be an intermittent aspect of the job.
