We’re seeking a results-driven Business Partner to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a customer success manager. As a Business Partner you will work with customers to ensure their success. You will become a trusted advisor to each customer’s RevOps team on GTM strategy and planning best practices. An ideal candidate goes beyond the “here is how you use Fullcast” and provides insight to each customer on how territories are performing and guidance on how their team can accelerate revenue growth through careful planning.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new customers, training end users, and providing post go-live support
Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients throughout the customer lifecycle
Act as a trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to set up or configure our software platform per customer requirements and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
Design and build solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Must be comfortable with Salesforce concepts such as forecasting, territory management, flows, profiles and customizations.
Quarterback experiences by various Fullcast cross-functional teams on behalf of the customer
Represent the voice of the customer by providing input into every core product, marketing, and sales process
5+ years customer success, account management or consulting experience in a SaaS or software company
Experience working with, and managing stakeholders and customers
Comfortable with Salesforce concepts such as reporting, process builders, profiles, and customizations.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
Excellent interpersonal communication and project management skills
Relentless drive to figuring out solutions to different challenges
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, with a focus on impact through execution
Bonus Qualifications
3+ years of working with sales teams in a sales operations role
3+ years of Salesforce.com experience working on advanced configuration of the Salesforce platform
