Who we are - The Product Management Center of Excellence team is responsible to champion and mature product management discipline through coaching, training & advising Product Managers across Fannie Mae.
We are a team of customer centric product managers, designers, strategists and business people reporting to the Chief Digital Officer. Our audience is Fannie Mae Product Managers who are responsible for assessing emerging trends in customer needs, technologies, potential partnerships and building digital products - that could transform the way we, and Fannie Mae’s customers, do business for the benefit of borrowers and renters across the United States.

The Product Management COE - Consulting - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise with management on consulting best practices and recommendations for teams across the organization.
You will work closely with our product teams to help them accelerate the adoption and application of Product Management best practices, use of enterprise tools, and develop the soft skills critical to effective Product Management. The Product Consultant/Advisor will help product teams to build the ‘right things’ and help to get ‘things right’ with product management best practices, tools, and experience.
Minimum Required Experiences. 6 years
Desired Experiences. Bachelor degree or equivalent
