Job Description

As is the case with most early-stage companies you will have to opportunity to wear many hats in this key role that spans both pre and post sales.  In the pre-sales role you will be primarily focused on being a BluBracket product expert and run the in-depth demos, and in the post-sales role you will focus on making sure the new customers are efficiently deployed and integrated with third party solutions supported by BluBracket.

  • Serve as a pre-sales expert, delivering demo presentations to potential customers and partners
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to manage post sales product integrations
  • Become the point of contact and answer all technical questions regarding proposals, installations, configurations, products, and services 
  • Rapidly understand company’s business and technical requirements for security direction and build responses to them with definite, high quality, and apt solutions
  • Understand the security landscape and help clients understand how different solutions compliment/compete with one another to guide them to a comprehensive solution
  • Handle individual security specifications and large integrated RFI/RFP responses end-to-end.
  • Provide customers with strategies, experiential learning as they navigate their POCs and implementations
  • Act as a cyber security subject matter expert, supporting marketing events, conferences, customer demos, capability showcases, webinars, etc.
  • Conduct training sessions with individuals and groups both in-person and online.
  • Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge, participate in technical communities of interest
  • Identify problems in customer deployments; effectively engages customers at the technical field and technical management levels

Qualifications

Work directly with Account Executives on pre-sales activities which include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic solution selling providing technical information regarding cyber security solutions via sales calls.
  • Participation in client sales calls, onsite visits, and video discussions leading solution demonstrations and proof of concept examples.
  • Business solution proposal creation, SOW reviews and solution roadmap documentation.
  • Assist account team using cyber security technical knowledge during the qualification and scoping process.
  • Conduct product analysis to assist in the sales cycle.
  • Attend regular internal company and team meetings onsite and remote.
  • Ability to support multiple account team members at the same time
  • Collaborating with product marketing teams, channel sales representatives and regional sales managers with product roadmaps, business development opportunities and interactive live product demonstrations at security conferences and via live webinars hosted remotely.
  • Assist in deploying POC and new customer deployments.
