Job Description

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will be a critical partner and advisor to the North America Chief Technology Officers and their respective teams to improve financial management of global technology cost.  You will provide insights to predict financial implications of technology strategies, support management decisioning, and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies. Specifically, you will:

  • Partner with North America Business Units and Global Technology teams on identifying and executing productivity initiatives
  • Develop new tools, dashboards, and processes to drive scalable analysis and insight
  • Develop and manage a standardized technology cost analysis process for the region
  • Collaborate with the global team on implementing multi-level driver-based reporting, including integration of usage and cost details
  • Perform monthly variance analysis, including collaborating with regional and global teams on data quality reviews and corrections
  • Lead efforts to improve alignment of technology cost allocation with business consumption, including performing deep data dives with business teams
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities via business intelligence or smart automation tools
  • Determine performance metrics to monitor technology spend and support decisioning on future spend
  • Successfully work on multiple projects, understand the details while at the same time be able to advise strategically on big picture challenges
  • Build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams to achieve impactful results

Qualifications

What your background looks like

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, MBA or CPA preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certified or proven track record in leading productivity and transformation projects
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, management consulting, or similar relevant experience
  • People leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively with executives
  • Role model a growth mindset and promote continuous improvement and process efficiency
  • Self-driven with an analytical mind and bias for action
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex issues in a simple manner
  • Ability to balance between detail orientation and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy in a less than perfect environment to achieve goals
  • Experience in developing predictive analyses and using large data sets
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines
  • Proficiency with business intelligence, financial reporting, and smart automation tools
  • Understanding of general technology terminology and services
