Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Act as a project manager for benefits and compensation throughout the due diligence and integration phases of new M&A projects

  • Partner closely with Finance on the financial M&A model

  • Update slides and materials to report back to the NielsenIQ Transformation PMO and SVP of Compensation and Benefits

  • Analyze relevant data and provide insights and recommendations 

  • Provide reporting, analytics and metrics for the CHRO and SVP of Comp and Benefits

  • Support change management initiatives related to the HR transformation 

  • Research and bring latest C&B trends and practices in market to the team

  • Provide program and project management for HR strategic initiatives in support of the HR transformation 

  • Consult with Center of Excellence (COE)  leaders to achieve comprehensive strategic goals and translate outcomes into strategic value and positive people experience

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 4+ years experience in Compensation and Benefits, prior M&A experience preferred

  • Experience with SAP preferred 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with and organize metrics and data

  • Strong Excel Skills 

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Advanced Excel reporting and analysis experience  

  • Project management skills, with proven capability of directing work and teams to meet deliverables and deadlines 

  • Ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders to achieve a common goal

  • Organization skills, able to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Excellent communication skills, including written and oral presentation
