Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead for the evaluation of technology commitments, issues, and programming, as well as coach and mentor less experienced team members. In this role, you will monitor technology service models, such as managed services, shared services, center of excellence services, or infrastructure services.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Lead Associate - NetDevOps - Process Development & Documentation role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced skills, knowledge, and/or experience while leading teams who identify obstacles to technology and/or ability for project teams to deliver.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members in formulating and implementing corrective actions to resolve performance issues.
  • Coordinate multiple interrelated tasks and/or individuals across the technology division to drive increased efficiency.
  • Lead the measurement of resolution effectiveness and the impact of organizational decisions on the process environment.
  • Support the NetDevOps transition effort within Network Services providing DevOps subject matter expertise
  • Develop and effectively communicate process standards, procedural documentation and visual process flows
  • Serve as Governance liaison to Network Operations, Engineering and Architecture teams
  • Provide oversight of Network projects within all stages of NetDevOps operating model. 
  • Using data to identify patterns, trends, and gaps, develop insights and hypotheses, and make informed recommendations to support Continual Service Improvement processes
  • Identify risks early within processes, working cross-functionally develop mitigation strategies and communicate clearly to management
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to track process effectiveness
  • Collaborate at all levels, working with team members, senior management, and business owners to maintain steady throughput within the NetDevOps model

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years of relevant work experience


Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Excel
  • Operational Excellence skills including improving and overseeing operations
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • Risk Assessment and Management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Relationship Management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
  • Experience using Microsoft Access
  • Skilled in Microsoft Teams
  • Skilled in ServiceNow to manage digital workflows
  • Skilled in DevOps
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Experience using JIRA
