Temporary Master Data Associate

The Temporary Accounting Associate will answer phones, email distribution and data entry are primary tasks to support a team that sets up and maintain customer accounts. Training will be provided on all applicable systems.

This is a temporary position expected to last 8 weeks.

Accountabilities:

• Requires attention to detail, intermediate excel skills, timeliness, and regular attendance
• The successful candidate will complete daily accounting tasks as well as strategic analysis.
• Ability to work as part of a small team to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.

• Background in accounting and finance preferred
• 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Ability to query, manipulate and interpret data  
• Self-motivated in a results oriented management culture
• Proven prioritization experience in a multi-tasking environment
• Strong grammar and MS Office (primarily Excel & Word) skills
