We unlock the power of data to create opportunities for consumers, businesses and society. At life’s big moments – from buying a home or car, to sending a child to university, to growing a business exponentially by connecting it with new customers – we empower consumers and our clients to manage their data with confidence so they can maximize every opportunity.
For more than 125 years, we’ve helped consumers and clients prosper, and economies and communities flourish – and we’re not done.
Our 17,800 people in 45 countries believe the possibilities for you, and our world, are growing. We’re investing in new technologies, talented people and innovation so we can help create a better tomorrow.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new role driving the people communications and engagement agenda for Experian. You will support our Human Resources leadership team in bringing our people strategy to life for both our 18,000 fantastic employees and our 420 strong talent community. You will also play a key part in positioning Experian as the workplace of choice for new and existing people.
There are some exciting developments happening across both the wider People agenda – and within HR – and we are looking for a talented individual to drive the communication of these initiatives internally and externally.
You will be experienced, creative and passionate about storytelling. Employee engagement is critical to our success and so your ability to build relationships, draw out the fascinating facts, and tell them in a truly inspiring and engaging way, will be key.
You will be passionate about building cultures that people love to work in, where they are so engaged and enthused about all we are doing they can’t help but shout about it.
We want you to use your creative brain to set the agenda and use your initiative to drive new concepts and ideas. Being a people and communications specialist, you will spot the opportunities for us to shout about our successes and commitments.
You will think strategically, see the bigger picture, and transform complex information and ideas into personal and compelling stories, using creative approaches. You will know how to work in a highly matrixed environment and how to navigate constant change and performance improvement.
