Infrastructure Engineer

• Provision, Maintain and Monitor OnPrem and CLOUD environments.
• Developing and implementing existing and new services and technology.
• Support our UK offices remotely and onsite when necessary.
• Working effectively with 1st line engineers, receiving escalations and sharing knowledge
• Create and maintain all related documentation for both users and IT colleagues.
• Provide out of hours support when required.

Essential Criteria

• Infrastructure engineering qualification (e.g. MSCA / Azure Administrator Associate).
• Excellent understanding of Business and Backoffice systems.
• Windows Server Administration (2012+) across a variety of roles (DHCP, DNS, RDS, File, Print)
• Office 365 Administration
• Active Directory Administration
• Administration/scripting via Powershell
• At least 5 years working as an Infrastructure Engineer or equivalent role.
• Experience working with Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Managing and troubleshooting enterprise backup solutions.
• Clean driver’s license.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience with Office 365 Autopilot/ Intune
• Working with ISO27001 or any other business security certification.
