Company Description

This exciting role sees a Content Marketing Manager focused on our global customer acquisition plans, work closely with the CMO (IFS assyst) to set and execute integrated sales and marketing campaign to reach our target audience and generate sales opportunities in target accounts and strategic geographies.

The Content Marketing Manager will work with Global Marketing, Operations and Sales teams within IFS overseeing aspects of demand and lead generation campaigns.

Job Description

  • Working along with the CMO (IFS assyst) to define, manage and refine the editorial calendar and deliver content to support our account penetration strategies
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Identifying target audiences and their key demographics, interests, and online behaviour
  • Surveying current customers to understand and validate strategic and tactical decisions

Keyword research: research to define appropriate subjects and topics

Research, design and execute an Editorial Marketing Calendar that includes:

  • Specific, measurable goals with a timeline in which to meet them
  • The types of content that will be created (ex: blog posts, ebooks, white papers, infographics, etc.)
  • The topics that will be covered (and why)
  • The channels that will be used to distribute the content
  • A plan for paid promotion of the content
  • An execution plan outlining the publishing frequency, production workflow (creation, reviews and approvals) and ongoing maintenance of the content
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas, particularly as it relates to campaign activities
  • Manage promotion platforms used for distribution
  • Work collaboratively with our Digital Marketing colleagues to execute campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends, website developments and social strategies
  • Contribute creative ideas to content including video, photography and editorial
  • Ensure that all marketing materials promote the IFS assyst brand and are produced in line with IFS’ Brand Book

Qualifications

Education & Training:

  • Training in Marketing, or related discipline or equivalent work experience

·         Educated to a degree level along with marketing qualification

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years experience working within Marketing
  • Software sales experience would be a preference
  • Experience of working with campaigns, email platforms and CMS platforms
  • Experience at levarging ABM digital platforms i.e. DemandBase
  • Understanding of Adwords and Other Syndicated Media outlets to expand the Eggplant brand and account penetration

Specialised Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent English, writing and editing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms (in particular, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, CMS (Hubspot, Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager) and Linkedin Campaign Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative cloud products and ability to use low code collateral production applications in accord with brand guidelines
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills
