A diverse role spanning the entire business value chain the that will drive change across all service lines by designing and deploying product and organisational principles to deliver transformation of the business towards a global and service-led model. Working as part of a global team and in partnership with senior stakeholders across service lines, operations and finance, this role will facilitate managed and sustainable growth at scale whilst improving client and business results.
• Support a portfolio of business transformation and change initiatives across all service lines globally, including but not limited to the below themes:
• Document service / definitions and produce detailed process maps / flows across all service lines and locations, in partnership and through interviews with with service line heads and subject matter experts
• Analyse client, business and operational processes to identify synergies and standardisation opportunities across client activities, locations in the context of target operating model design
• Build and oversee design and implementation of use cases for data analytics tools and digitisation opportunities for the business from requirements to production
• Support rollout of new products and services in various jurisdictions in partnership with technology, compliance, operations, legal and sales
• Perform analyses of industry, client and market in support of new business opportunities, investment initiatives and business cases
• Manage requirement gathering and client/process flow mapping for technology and service roadmap development and change management
• Support integration of bolt-on acquisitions as part of cross-functional project team, ensuring integration of services into the service line model for a globally consistent offering
• Follow and champion results-oriented programme governance and delivery discipline across various projects run across service lines
• Experience in a product management, product development, strategy or transformation and change roles (financial services exposure preferred but not required)
• Proven execution capability, evidence of successfully managing change and delivering on cross-functional projects
• Strong project management and PMO capabilities to manage and prioritise a diverse book of work, including flexibility to follow tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a complex matrix environment, including managing stakeholders at all levels of seniority and profiles
• Structured approach to problem solving and making recommendations regarding complex strategic, risk and operational priorities
• Ability to identify and raise issues and incidents, engaging key partners to perform deep dives and escalate accordingly
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a pre-disposition to intellectual curiosity and continuous education
• Capacity and willingness to learn new services, processes, industry developments and regulations
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills; experience with any major BPM tool (Visio, Signavio)
• Proven data and analytical capabilities while having a focus on technology to drive change
• Prepared to take initiative, work flexibly to help the team achieve its goals, and respond positively to change
• Strong interpersonal skills and ambitious to own and complete assignments to the highest standards of quality and timeliness
