As Customer Insights Analyst at MONKI, you are responsible for driving and developing a customer centric steering approach in all parts of our business. You are responsible for analyzing and creating strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability together with relevant stakeholders. You are also responsible for increasing overall knowledge about our customer in the organization and ensuring that strategic decisions and actions are based on insights about customers. You will be part of the controlling and analytics team and report to the Brand controller.

You are a strong analyst who thrives when given large data sets to dig into and to derive actionable insights from them. You are able to proactively identify the needs of the company and handle ambiguity, while also securing that the goals for the team are met. Lastly you have a genuine passion for retail and customer behavior as you will impact how Monki builds relationships with our customers now and in the future. You are always striving to develop yourself and finding new efficient ways of working that can challenge the team and raise the bar of how we work.

Job Description

  • Develop customer strategies and share customer behavior insights based on your analysis
  • Translate insight into recommendations that drive decision-making and actions
  • Use data visualization tools to structure data and build CRM reports that spread customer insights to different stakeholders within the company
  • Identify business needs and create data models from various systems into reports
  • Secure quality of data and KPI calculation in the reports
  • Collaborate with other customer analysis teams within the H&M group to exchange ideas and analyses
  • Analyze customer data to deliver clear insights on customer segments behavior to be used in customer strategies and marketing communication
  • Analyze business questions and transform your results into actionable insights for improving customer experience, optimizing marketing efforts and guiding business development
  • Stay current on trends - challenge how we evaluate our business today, and develop best practices in CRM & Customer analytics including how to incentivize the organization to drive towards long-term customer value
  • Be the analytics expert in cross-functional projects and initiatives, and lead pilot projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience within customer analytics/crm /media analytics
  • Strategic and critical thinking mindset with strong business acumen
  • Good balance between business oriented and data driven
  • Advanced Excel modelling skill
  • Knowledge of working with SAS or similar database solutions
  • Good knowledge of visualization tools SQL Power BI, Tableau
  • Analytical experience and working with large data sets
  • Experienced in data modelling using transactional customer data
  • Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, passion for digital and customer behaviour
  • Knowledge of CRM analytics
  • Great communicator and passion for educating/coaching others in customer data
  • Strong interest in following and learning about the latest trends in analytics
  • Relevant degree within a quantitative field, such as business, statistics
