Data Architect - SQL Server/ Azure

Vichara is a Financial Services focused products and services firm headquartered in NY and building systems for some of the largest i-banks and hedge funds in the world.

• Work as Technical Data Architect to understand, and design and develop different pipelines using Azure data factory and build out a data lake
• Implements design for data ingestion, processing, alerts generation and historical load of data as per requirement.
• Create data Pipelines using ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Alteryx etc. and data cleaning using Azure Dataflow and Azure Databricks (PySpark).
•  

7+ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise Data Platforms ingesting, transforming, processing large volume of data.

3+ years of experience in the financial services space,

Hands on experience in Python, Spark , ADLS gen 2 Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Power BI and Azure Databricks OR Hands on experience with the AWS ecosystem
