Lead Developer - Investment Management

Vichara is a Financial Services focused products and services firm headquartered in NY and building systems for some of the largest i-banks and hedge funds in the world.

Looking for full-stack application developer to client services development team. 

You will work with large investment management firms with over 100 Billion in AUM and buidl out Investor portals, Public portals, Portfolio Management applications as well as other web and mobile applications. High visibility

• Building/maintain web applications/services and integration projects using ASP.NET Web, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, Jquery and React
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business users, traders and vendors 
• Ownership of Build and Release CI/CD and a DevOps
• Provide technical expertise, and mentoring to team members and onsite/offsite contractors
• Architect cloud initiatives using Azure functions, Azure Graph API, Azure Active Directory Authentication Library etc

Candidate must have strong hands-on technical expertise in modern web apps development – ASP.net MVC, SQL, Angular, cloud, messaging, data warehousing, etc. Must have financial services domain knowledge and experience in continuous integration practices and background in leading strong software development teams.

5+ years of development experience in ASP.NET along with HTML5, CSS, Devexpress etc.

Atleast 2 years of experience in MVC

Advanced experience in Microsoft Azure functions

Experience with an investment management firm/fund preferred

Key Skills = ASP.NET MVC, Angular, React.JS, Kendo. Xamarin. HTML5, Devexpress
