Delivering much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, home and community
Using clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
Providing training and formal 1:1 supervision to junior/new grad staff members
Assisting with projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery
Participating in monthly peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members
About you:
To be successful, you will have:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist and current SPA registration
Experience delivering services under the NDIS and experience in leading others
Experience in providing training and supervision to other Speech Pathologists
A passion for being a leader in your field and delivering quality evidence based therapeutic interventions
A driver’s license and full access to a vehicle
