L3 Technical Engineer

FINXFLO is looking for an amazing L3 Technical Engineer to support our growth in Miami!

FINXFLO is a regulated crypto brokerage designed to help traders access the best prices with an unparalleled level of transparency and efficiency.

We are looking for a passionate analytical, results-driven L3 Technical Support who will work with team members to escalate all technical issues to enhance the user experience.

The L3 Technical Engineer shall exploit his cumulated experience in technologies to support the growing technical teams in Miami.

In short, what you will be doing

• Work closely with L1 and L2 and provide guidance on difficult issues
• Performs advance technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts
• Review, evaluate and recommend solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or network updates
• Ensure incidents are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
• Act as a back-up for L1 and L2 Technical Support

What you need to bring along

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Technical Support, with Java8+, Spring Boot and other similar backend technologies
• Additional knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes and Cloud services (AWS), Code versioning tools (Git), OWASP security principles would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of trading concepts (Forex, shares, or cryptocurrencies)
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative and share ideas
• Excellent communication skills
